All the individual clips and the final compiled video will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours after your event.

Can guests watch back their messages at the event?

Premium Video Guestbook: Yes, guests can view their video message instantly and receive them via AirDrop, SMS, email, or QR code. Nostalgia Collection: No, messages are kept private. We do not recommend guests pressing any buttons to prevent any accidental file loss.

Is the video guestbook suitable for corporate events?

Absolutely. It's a sophisticated and memorable way to capture client testimonials, team messages or milestone tributes.

Can we brand the introduction screen?

Yes, we'll work with you to create a custom introduction screen that reflects your event theme or brand.

What's the difference between Retro, Vertical and Vintage packages?

All 3 packages offer the same video quality, unlimited recordings, and up to 11 hours battery life. The Retro package has a more modern 80s-style landline design. The Vertical package features a classic vertical street-style handset station. The Vintage package is slightly more nostalgic and high-end in aesthetic. We’re happy to walk you through the options when you enquire.

Premium Video Guestbook: Our attendant will hand both the wireless microphone to the guest and help them to press the video button on the iPad. After the countdown, guests can leave a video message (up to 1 minute per video). Nostalgia Collection: Guests can simply approach the station, pick up the handset and leave a personal message after the tone. Once done, simply hang up by placing back the handset to allow it saves the video (no length limit for each video).
